What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on the item and specification. Standard white programmes typically start from around 500 pieces per item; mixed-category orders combining bedding, bath linen and amenities are welcome and confirmed at quotation.
What is the lead time?
Samples ship within about 7 days. Bulk production typically takes 15-35 days after sample approval, plus shipping to your port.
Can specifications be customised per property brand standard?
Yes. Construction, GSM/thread count, sizing and branding (woven labels or embroidery) are quoted against your written specification.
Do you provide documentation for customs and audits?
Certificate copies and per-shipment test reports are available on request -- state your destination market and we include what customs requires.
